MISSION STATEMENT

The Search Management Unit was established by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office to be a unit of YCSRT Inc.

All members are experienced in Search and Rescue and are appointed to their position by the Sheriff's Office.

Our major responsibility is to assist the Sheriff's Office in managing searches throughout the County.

How can I participate?

There is always a need for trained and dedicated volunteers to participate in search & rescue missions. Specific unit training is required in addition to a 16-hour Basic Search & Rescue Academy given by the Sheriff's Office.

How can I help?

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Response Team Inc. depends upon continuing donations. Please consider making a contribution to the Response Team when you support charitable organizations. As a not-for-profit organization, your donations to YCSRT are deductible to the extent allowed by the tax code.
